Discussions on Haddington Road/Lansdowne Road Agreement

A team negotiating on behalf of the National Executive have been involved in intense talks over the last number of days with the Department of Justice, Public Expenditure and Reform and Garda Management.The negotiations placed particular emphasis on the review of Garda pay, the Haddington Road hours, the modernisation agenda and restoration of the rent allowance for new members.As a result of these intensive negotiations we hope to have a document to bring before the National Executive in the near future.We will update you on progress on all these matters in due course.
