AGSI Meets Commissioner Nóirín O’Sullivan

On Wednesday 11th June Commissioner Nóirín O Sullivan met with AGSI General Secretary John Redmond, President Tim Galvin and members of the National Executive Committee at AGSI Head Office.

Commissioner O’Sullivan was accompanied by Assistant Commissioner Fintan Fanning and Chief Superintendent Tony Mc Loughlin.

The meeting lasted three hours and the following issues were discussed: Lack of Supervision, Role of Sergeants, Guerin Report, Promotion System, Discipline, GRACE, SAMS, Training, CPD and Educational Funding, Rosters, ICT/Survey, HRM Attitude, Transfers, Transport and the Payment of Christmas Allowances.

These are some of the main issues of concern to our members.
