AGSI Members Vote to Reject Lansdowne Road Agreement
MEDIA STATEMENT
The Association of Garda Sergeants and Inspectors has voted to reject the Lansdowne Road agreement by a majority of 52.6% (No) to 47.4% (Yes).
Speaking following the result, the AGSI President, Tim Galvin said, “It is clear that Sergeants and Inspectors are dissatisfied with proposals outlined in the agreement. The National Executive will consider the implications of the result at their meeting next Thursday (22 October).”
