On Thursday 13th November the Garda Inspectorate Chief Inspector Robert Olson, Deputies Mark Tolan, Debra Kirby and Senior Inspector Éimear Fisher visited AGSI Head Office to discuss its Crime Investigation Report and its findings with the National Executive Committee.
